I love Baguio, not only for the climate but also the nature and open park, however in recent news and  social media outburst over the fee for "physical exercise" in one of its famous land mark the Burnham Park.

This is a total money making bull crap! Who ever thought of this was a complete douche bag.
It's an open park for cryin'-out loud! (inhale)

In the newsfeed blast on fb, it states that the permit was for the ol' grannies and grandude who's doin' and early tai-chi exercise, they need a certain permit in order for them to do their morning rituals on the Burnham grounds.



WOW!

Even though at first glance it was the lamest idea ever.
Why would you charge them for doing an exercise, they are old, retirees and just enjoying the remaining life, they have done their part of giving taxes all their life! Give them a break.

If you don't have any permit you are OUT of the public park. Fuck me right?

So since it's "illegal" we should do it where you ask? Didn't they know that Environmental right is Human right?

So, aside from that, a permit is also needed for other physical activities like jogging. If I'm gonna jog, let them chase my ass. It'll be a good exercise. They better catch up.

Oh, here's a good news, They also charged photographers for certain fee for taking photos.
This is a TOURIST SITE! not a THEME PARK! Some people just want to see the world burn.
