The biggest football event in the history of the city of pines, dubbed as the First Mayor Mauricio G. Domogan Football Cup with the grand Kick off this July 2 and play-offs for all the weekends of July at the Melvin Jones Football Grounds and Athletic Bowl.

Based on the official release of "The football cup will be an arena for public school children and other teams to have a competitive football tournament to enhance their character and football skills.The tournament is open to qualified football teams from different age groups, ranging from 8 under to 16under,ladies' teams and men's football teams."
