Goshen Land Mayors Cup: Grand Opening

The sporting event of the decade, with just three weeks of preparation finally the Mayors Cup opening was a blast! No one has ever done this kind of event, G-string football, even the national news is buzzing on this event.

5am was the call time for the Marketing team, the 7 of us are all working together to pull this through. imagine 7 people!

Setting the stage took forever, two grand stands feel like eternity to accomplish, putting up balloons and and some tarpaulins then lift some tables, chairs, trophies whew!

At around 8am, people are starting to arrive and we are cramming like crazy! Do this do that, were like spiders working with all our limbs.

Senario: Last night, it rained so hard that the football grounds are wet, now we have to deal with this sticky chocolate mud in our shoes.

I'm exhausted, I haven't took a bite since I woke up.

Every one is getting cranky, and I'm sleepy felt like floating at the same time hungry he he he.

So, the program went well, some bumps and friction but we manage to laugh about it.

One funny thing, We have this team who got a uniform, they went on the gameplay without getting the tag out from the jerseys, with all media camera focused on them, the shining tag was pretty obvious and it was hilarious.

The down side.

It's not perfect. Nobody has done this before, nobody knows how to do this kind of event, but like I said, it's too blunt that decisions are made on the spot, it's not easy to adjust, but this has been an ongoing issue, sometimes a lack of support.

But we can manage, we just proved that we can do it, but we can still do better, charge to experience!
