My name is Guillermo Ocampo with Passport Number: P_______  and I am requesting a tourist visa to travel to Japan and surprise my fiancé Arianne on her birthday.

They say distance makes the heart grow founder. This year, we will be celebrating our six-year relationship and her birthday apart. However, little does she know that I have also set my heart in land of the rising sun. It will be my first time to travel out of the country and I always wanted it to be in Japan.

We are both fascinated in Japanese culture. It became the one of the building block of our relationship. That is why I did not hesitate to support her in her decision to teach in your beautiful country.

I miss her so much. Hopefully you will grant me the permission to visit her and experience all the stories she shares with me online.
