RE-LAYOUT

that's the first thing I heard with my boss this morning. I wonder why? She said I got one wrong grammar in one of the poster, I did checked it, and yeah, I missed it. the word "if" should be "of" wow great, we just spent a fortune on printing a huge tarp on that and mass produced several copies. GREAT! really great.

You see. As a Media Specialist slash Graphic Artist I focused more on the design color and stuff to dress up and conceptualized for proper presentation of each job. Now its my immediate superior stands as a editor-in-chief who oversee my work, make sure that I did not miss anything, even is great magazine and in the industry this things happen, but it will be avoided if your editor in chief has a keen eye and has the focus on details.

But my superior?  NAAAHH!! She don't know how to do her job, really I mean. Wow first time I saw a head that is good at giving orders and doing follow-ups every now and then like she has no idea what's going on around her. Yeah she gives orders-a-lot but it a mess and crappy really, it's either she's cramming and pressured or she just out-of-this-world that throws jobs at you like your a machine.

One recent example.

I'm doing something right. I'm on this brick of creating a masterpiece, you see I have this creativity momentum that if you break it i'll loose it and it's gone. So I was on this creative world when suddenly she give out order out of the blue, not related and so far out, but since she's the boss and I want to give her the result ASAP so I did what I had to do. After that it was like. It's done what will I do next? Can you check it now. She goes like uhm yeah, checks it and then what? nothing. she give another job, no constructive and management skills. She don't know what she's doing! FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE!

Another example

I finished this layout right. give it to her and ask her if she could create like a synopsis or just a little paragraph about the project cause I have no idea on that. Left a note and give it to her.

I came back to check and guess what no input.

I was like? What the hell is this? What will I place in the brochure? Put a price list she said, Okay where is the price list? She said ask sales, okay how about the paragraph the words that I need to place? She said, oh no one will read that, they won't read it?

WHAT? what the friggin thing are you saying? Are you stupid? Can you hear what you just said? what the fuck will I create a brochure with no INFORMATION in it? What the fuck is that? ZERO INTEREST, so what's with that? what kind of payment scheme is that did you know. I guess not. You don't know a thing and your my fucking boss. great! even a little summary project SUMMARY to let your buyers know what it is you will not provided me anything?

the answer is simple. You don't know what you are doing, you don't have any idea on what marketing is all about, and your useless I can do your job 100 times better so wait for it.

So what I did was to conceptualized ask the people in sales to enlighten me on the project because my boss has no freaking idea. I will do everything write everything, and then present it, she will get through it. will say okay and then mass produce and then she misses something will do a re-layout and then she will check it again and then she will see again after a day or two, re layout again. You think that is effective? You think we can move forward. I'm doing my job the best way that I could, but please. Do yours effectively because it's really getting not only in my nerves but also all YES! All of us in the department. 

This morning we are having some sort of a group chat with my colleague, and they are all ranting behind her back. Is it there fault? 

Okay heres what I'm gonna do. I'll help her. I will be the editor-in-chief of my self. I will make sure that every work I did may need not to be revised. I will help her learn on her mistake. 

Tough times. 

Oh yeah the big boss talked to us about the downloading of information, because you see, she made me do a layout of a memo, instead of a poster. that it looks like a big tarp with all the text in it so long that no one will read it. and the best thing she made us print that and display it. hahaha. she got scolded. I was like. I told you so! I told you so! hahaha. Oh well.

Revenge is sweet.

Then I left the office early because I'm really pissed off.

Some employees don't even want to join lunch with her. 

and even her former college classmate said that even in college no one likes her attitude.

Oh. Is that so? poor lass.
