 Sinigang Sunday with Chef Beans! (LIVE BLOGGING!)

Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to Sinigang Sunday with Chef Beans
(*Applause) (bark and kamot)

So we went to the kanto to buy some essential ingredients with ice cream, a soft drinks and Sundays news paper.

So we are all set to cook. Today it will chef beans who will try to cook Sinigang hopefully she can pull it though. (prayers)

(*bark bark)


Ingredients







A handful of juicy tomatoes cut into half.
(namuulang kamatis na may hati)









Fresh from the backyard String beans 
(gulay ba to? nasabahay kubo?)









Taro cut into bite sized and soaked into a cold water
(gabi sa malamig na batis)








Fresh Pork slices
(bagong katay na baboy)


Okay, so first step should be..




  1. Boil the pork on at least 3 standard cup of water until soft and tender, (Chef Beans: tender lang, anu yan twalya?)
  2. Mix the taro Beans: Ihahalo na ba? di ba lahat na? Dwill: yung taro lang para sabay lumambot beans: okay fine.
  3. Mix the Sinigang Mix ( Beans: lalagay ko na to ah. Dwill: Sige lagay mo na, Beans: Kulang ata ng tubig?)
  4. Taste test:  Dwill: Weh! ang asim! Ilan nilagay mo? Beans: Isa palang  (sinigang mix) Dwill: Dagdagan mo ng tubig.
  5. Inlcude the sting beans and tomatoes, on a low fire, shimmer (beans: ANONG SHIMMER! SIMMER!) simmer until boil add salt to taste!

Enjoy a heartfelt Sinigang in warm rice in a cold noon!
